Golfers Elbow
Cho-Pat
Golfer's elbow or medial epicondylitis is a common injury to individuals engaged in activities that apply stress to the forearm. Golfer's elbow is characterized by pain and tenderness on the inner side of the elbow where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow (medial epicondyle). The inflammation usually results from small tears to the tendon fibers that attach the muscles of the forearm to the arm bone. This often occurs because of excessive strain or overuse from activities that require repetitive and vigorous use of the forearm muscles that are responsible for extending and lifting the wrist and hand. Typically, the pain will exist at the top of the forearm just below the elbow however it can also extend along the inner side of the forearm and to the wrist. Cho-Pat Golfer’s Elbow Support applies sufficient pressure to the upper forearm to help stabilize the forearm muscle group. This action minimizes stress on the muscles and tendons, helps alleviate pain and discomfort, and assists in healing. Golfers – and others involved in strenuous and repetitive activities involving the forearm – will find wearing the support can provide considerable protection or relief from the pain caused by golfer’s elbow and other overuse syndromes effecting the forearm muscles and tendons.

Upper Arm
Cho-Pat
The Cho-Pat Upper Arm Strap is recommended for swimmers and other sports enthusiasts who may develop painful biciptal or triciptal tendonitis. The strap, which is worn just above the bicep or tricep, acts as a compression device to prevent the pulling and tearing of tendon fibers. The Upper Arm Strap was specifically designed to prevent painful “swimmer’s arm” but is now used in water and other sports activities where there is a possibility of developing biciptal or triciptal tendonitis.

Wrist Support
Cho-Pat
The Cho-Pat Wrist Support diminishes stress or pressure incurred at the hand and wrist that could telescope up the forearm and lead to forearm tendonitis or tennis elbow. It uses compression around the wrist to lessen the impact on the basic forearm muscle group at their junction in the wrist and hand. The Wrist Support also eases discomfort caused by Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and is widely praised by individuals who suffer from weak wrists.
